COFFEE AFTER RIDE EVENTS

The CARE Project (Community-based Active-cycling and Recreation for the Elderly) is an Erasmus+ Sport initiative promoting active aging, social inclusion, and sustainable mobility through cycling. CARE empowers seniors to stay healthy, connected, and independent by creating a network of community cycling hubs – the CARE Cafés – where cycling, social interaction, and well-being come together.

Across Greece, Poland, and Bulgaria, the project unites municipalities, NGOs, and local communities to make cycling an enjoyable and accessible activity for older adults. By combining physical exercise, intergenerational exchange, and community engagement, CARE helps seniors improve their mobility, boost their confidence, and strengthen their social ties.
